Person In Charge (Level 1) Employee Training

Person in Charge is a basic food safety training which meets ODH Level 1 training requirements for food service employees as well as those opening an establishment for the first time. Registration is nonrefundable but may be transferred to another class or online option if needed.

This training enhances employee understanding of major food safety principles: time and temperature abuse, cross-contamination, and personal hygiene. Program includes a handbook, activities, and an Ohio Department of Health Level 1 Certificate. An online program opportunity is available and registration assistance is provided; contact Rebecca Davis. You must complete the entire training to receive the certificate. Registration fee (includes light snacks): $25

Lunch is on your own.
