Ohio 4-H Achievement Awards
The Ohio 4-H Achievement Record is a comprehensive record of a 4-H member's career, accomplishments, and achievements. It is a great way to capture all the experiences they have had in 4-H, practice for filling out future job or college applications, and get a head start on applying for scholarships. There are 27 project area categories in which to apply and members can submit multiple achievement records in different categories based on their 4-H involvement. State winners in each category win a trip to events such as National 4-H Congress, National Dairy Conference, and the Shooting Sports Teen Leadership Institute. The deadline for 2024 has passed. The record can be started any time; however, the new form becomes available in October/November and the application is due early January/February 2025. Exact date TBA. Check out the flyer for more information. Contact Chris Kendle with any questions or if you need assistance in completing your record.
