DO NOT CREATE A PROFILE!

Returning families are to use their email address and password from last year to access their profile. Don't remember your password? Don't remember the email you used? DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE! Contact our office and we can assist you through the process.

If someone in your family was involved in Ohio 4-H from 2015 through 2023, you already have a family profile in 4-H Online. If you were enrolled in the past but do not see your profile in 4-H Online, DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE!  Inactive member profiles - profiles not used within the last year - may have been archived and will need to be re-activated. Please contact our office and we will search the database and re-activate your profile.

Duplicate profiles will not be accepted, will be deleted, and you will have to submit your enrollment again. Any duplicate profiles that happen to be approved (which occasionally happens), will not be able to be combined with the other profile for a complete 4-H member enrollment/project history.
