Ohio State University Extension will host an Artificial Insemination School on March 13, 14, and 15, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day in Skou Hall at the Ohio State University ATI in Wooster, Ohio. While dairy cattle will be used for the school, artificial insemination techniques for dairy and beef will be taught.

The three-day program includes classroom and hands-on instruction. Topics will include pasture management, preparing for calving, EPDs, reproductive anatomy and physiology, synchronization, semen handling, and veterinary care.

Due to the hands-on nature of this class, registration is limited to the first 20 people. The $125 registration fee includes program materials, notebook, and lunch each day. All registrations will be completed electronically. To register, please visit: http://go.osu.edu/beefdairyschool2023.
