The Tuscarawas County office of Ohio State University Extension is hosting an “Explore 4-H Night” on Monday, March 4 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Clover Café on the Tuscarawas County Fairgrounds. The event is free and open to the public.

Families and youth can come learn about the 4-H program in the county. Various projects will be showcased and advisors and members will be on hand to answer questions and talk about projects. Ohio 4-H projects include rockets, dogs, cats, shooting sports, exploring the outdoors, trees, woodworking, creative art, scrapbooking, cake decorating, and many more. Ohio 4-H is not just cows, plows, and cooking!

Ohio 4-H is a non-formal educational program through the youth development branch of The Ohio State University. 4-H provides guidance for youth to grow into responsible skilled adults through fun and educational club environments in which they experience friends at meetings, social activities, camps, and fairs.
