May 30 kicks off the 21st year of the Summer Walking Program! We are excited for you to see what we have in store! The program will provide you with opportunities to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and visit new places.
This program encourages participants to establish a healthy walking habit by tracking the extra steps taken each day. We also want you to reap the benefits of improving your mood by spending time outdoors! Earn toe tokens, a t-shirt, and win giveaways by completing milestones throughout your journey. You can pick up your tracker starting May 22.
