Members who completed a state or YQCA Quality Assurance program must turn in a copy of their completion certificate by 4:00 p.m. to the Extension Office. Certificate will be used as proof of attendance at a QA session for 2023. A county QA packet must be picked up when certificate is dropped off; a signature is required to receive the packet.
