In-person food safety training for managers, operators, and owners. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants receive a ServSafe® Certificate and an Ohio Department of Health Food Protection Certificate.

Registration fee: $175 (snacks provided; lunch on your own)

Must attend the entire training (3 days) to take exam (November 10).
