This is an in-person proctored exam for those who have met one of the following requirements.
- Completed ServSafe (Level 2) Manager training with OSU Extension professionals.
- Completed online ServSafe (Level 2) Manager training (TAP) through OSU Extension.
- You completed your initial training with OSU Extension (either online or in-person) and it is time to recertify.
- You have completed your in-person or online training and need to re-take the exam due to a non-passing score.
Online food safety training for managers, operators, and owners. Must earn program certificate of completion prior to in-person exam. Examination included in registration fee of $150 ($50 re-certification, $50 retake).
